Our Vision
The Institute for Student Services Professionals (ISSP) provides opportunities for learning, sharing, and networking for higher education student services professionals.
Annual Conference
ISSP hosts a national conference held each fall that includes valuable learning and networking sessions. Planned by experienced student services leaders, the program serves higher education professionals within various student services units including: enrollment management, registrar, financial aid, bursar/business office, advising, and more. Many of the conference sessions are targeted for institutions at various stages of integrating and improving their student services organizations and operations. Whether you are exploring possibilities of a “one stop” student services model or seeking continuous improvement, this program has sessions that will motivate and inspire.
Connect and learn
The ISSP Google Group is an online forum where members can connect with their colleagues, ask questions, post discussion topics, and share best practices and lessons learned about higher education student services topics.
