Conference Overview

The Institute for Student Services Professionals (ISSP) will host this year’s conference on November 9-11, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. Morgan State University is this year’s institutional host and a portion of this event includes dedicated time for a tour of their One-Stop Student Services Center, insightful and informative presentations, and an on-campus reception.

Conference sessions cover the latest trends and best practices in higher education student services and address topics such as integrated student service models, process improvement and organizational effectiveness, staff development and training, leveraging technology, managing the hybrid work experience, breaking down silos, campus collaboration, change management, strategic planning, engaging our teams, and more. Networking opportunities are built into the program that provide participants time to meet with their colleagues and to connect with exhibitors about service and product solutions.

The registration fee covers the attendance for one person and includes:

  • Access to all general and break-out conference sessions

  • Digital conference materials including session presentation slides

  • Private evening reception on Monday at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore

  • Tuesday breakfast and lunch, Wednesday breakfast, and refreshments during the conference days

  • Tuesday tour, presentations, and catered reception event at Morgan State University

  • Bus transportation to/from Morgan State University

Early Bird Rate: $949 (through October 7, 2026)
Standard Rate: $1,049 (after October 7, 2026)

Note: this is typically a sold-out event and there is no guarantee that space will be available at the Standard Rate. We suggest you register sooner versus later. Please book travel arrangements after you have registered for the conference.
